Last year I was walking around So.Cal as a tourist and got horribly lost at night time. I walked down quiet, deserted streets and along busy main roads... I was terrified and there were no taxis. Anyway, somehow I ended up outside a cinema where a guy was hanging a poster advertising some new film. So I asked him in my cutest English accent how to get to X, and he replied that X was about fifty bajillion miles away. He offered to give me a lift, put his ladders away and took me there... without killing or raping me, no less! I was flawed by his kindness, and I do try to look for situations where I can be as helpful. He told me he was just passing a good deed on, and asked that I would pay it on to someone else as thanks. I think I love him just a tiny bit.

It wasn't me, but the occurance happened to my mother...She has minor CP (cerebral palsy) and we were done shopping and were waiting for my fiance to bring the car around. As we were loading up the car my mom was trying to get in the car when an older gentleman opened the door for her and waited until we all were in and she had her seatbelf on...it was so nice of him!
