No you were not cleaned of THC in 6 days and you can drink as much vinegar, cranberry juice, water, take as many vitamins and crap as you want and it will NOT reduce the level of THC in your system. THC is non-soluble, meaning it does not mix with water. THC is stored in the fat cells (as well as other drugs like meth, water soluble but a small portion remains trapped in fat cells beyond the 3 days that its levels drop to near undetectability). Being stored it is released as the fat cells degrade, die, change their patterns of growth or as they process old fat into new fat. Fat does not really remain in place, instead the cells build up and release the chemicals we call fat all the time, storing up 'fresh' fat as you eat, releasing old fat as your body devours itself. Due to this process it can take a month (or more) to completely purge the system of THC. The THC is released from body fat and is filtered out through the lymphatic system (lymph nodes, liver, et al) with other toxins and waste byproducts. Long term smokers of pot will take far, far longer to reduce the level of THC in their body. In excess of 1 month (30 days) occasional smokers (once a month a few tokes off a joint) will not built up a great level of THC in their fat cells and can purge the system (as the body works, not through applications of chemicals, natural or otherwise) in as little as 7 days (a week) but more often taking 2 weeks (14 days). Depending on the initial dose, detectable levels of THC range from 1 week (for occasional smokers) to 2 months, for hard core, several joints a day smokers. That is in urine and blood, hair samples can accurately detect THC for the past year, if your hair is long enough. Older hair tends to lose its load of THC, thus there is a process of diminishing returns, and the test usually returns with a 'probability' or "X% that marijuana was used Y months ago".
