A large High Definition television. We had a nice sized one a couple of years ago, as well as a brand new digital camera, and a new X-box 360 and our apartment was robbed. I've gotten a new camera but the other two we're kind of afraid to buy again even though we moved out of that apartment complex immediately.

A large TV and entertainment center. You cant keep that stuff clean with toddlers in the house.
