Still a change from bush and so far they've not got started. OTOH, if you're a republican, you can't afford to pass up a few cheap shots.

The only Democrats with experience are from the Clinton era. But, you are definitely right. "Change" turned out to be only a campaign slogan. At least "I Like Ike" didn't mean anything beyond what it said. Well, there's still "Hope", but it's fading.

Politic has his own language, know the language before believing

Actually Obama's "Change" reminds me of a joke: After a month in the field without resupply and wearing the same clothing, a unit in the ******** army was called together for a meeting. The Captain addressed the troops, "Good news, men. Today we finally get to change our underwear." The men cheered. The Captain continued, "Pete, you change with Joe. Mike, you change with Dave......" The more things change, the more they stay the same. Remember the list of crooks that Clinton pardoned when he left office? Does anybody else think that Santa isn't the only one who is making a list?

Change from the destructive conservative policies we had been subjected to during the Bush regime. I would gladly go back to the days of Clinton.

To be fair, if he didn't pick some of them, people would be screaming about the lack of experience in his administration. That being said, I'm disappointed with some of the choices, too. I happen to think Bill Richardson would have made a great Secretary of State.

Surprise!!! LOL..I't kills me that people fell for the.."change" line anyway. Had the voters that put him in done a little bit of homework and not listen to everything they hear on the news..the would have known better..Y'all also heard about that..oh well now I think I will delay rolling back that tax on the wealthy for awhile..hmm..funny, most financial minded people knew that would be a disaster anyway...When you vote for a color or a flowery speech..ya get what you voted for..nothing more :)

It reminds me of the rats in the book "Willard".

Wow a liberal president picks a liberal Cabinet? I'm freaking shocked. It's almost like Bush picking republicans.

Tom, Tom, TOM... Where's the love? Don't you know that we're all supposed to blindly sit back and give 'O' a free pass (in spite of the fact that some of the same 'give-Obama-a-chance' preachers were foaming at the mouth in 2000 when 'W' "stole the election"?) Have you so soon forgotten this Messianic quote: "...I am absolutely certain that generations from now, we will be able to look back and tell our children that this was the moment when we began to provide care for the sick and good jobs to the jobless; THIS WAS THE MOMENT WHEN THE RISE OF THE OCEANS BEGAN TO SLOW AND OUR PLANET BEGAN TO HEAL; this was the moment when we ended a war and secured our nation and restored our image as the last, best hope on earth..." As to your question: just because Rahm Emanuel repeatedly drove a steak knife into a table and declared "dead!" when speaking about those who had crossed him does not 'necessarily' mean he's partisan... ...does it? And how do you know that some of those Clintonites you so glibly refer to don't intend to return the White house silverware they swiped during the Clinton/Bush transition? It's just like 'you Republicans' to get in the way of Socialist Utopia.
