  • My sister loves it and has been after me to try it. I haven't.
  • Botox has affected what people consider reasonable in the quest for beauty. IMHO, to inject a toxic poison into the skin to look younger is twisted. It does not reflect my values at all.
  • I don't. I think being able to show expression with your face is a very important tool for communication.
  • Well, it depends on how much you have done. I have had it done between my eyes , becuz years of squinting in the sun from not wearing sunglasses, well after awhile i just natually frown, looking kind of angry all the time, so I got it to relax the muscle , and thats exactly what happened. I look so much more relaxed, and happy. I love it. Absolutly nothing wrong with doing something to make yourself feel better.
  • I don't think I do, but if it makes people happy enough to do it, then it's okay I guess (for them.)
  • They make the face look like some sort of expresionless, life sized plastic doll. Not only is it disgusting, (Botox is an enzyme harvested from dead bodies, in case you didn't know.) but the results look just plain unnatural and frightening.
  • I wouldn't have it again, everytime i laughed and my eyebrows went up the right one stayed up for ages and then i'd laugh some more because it was so rediculous to see! then everytime i leaned forward my head felt heavier than normal..just plain weird!
  • I can't speak on this subject from personal experience because your going to have a very difficult time trying to inject me with botulism toxin for ANY reason!
  • I had it done at christmas and i thought it was great,i didnt end up expressionless every wrinkle went and i felt great,so these people who end up with no expression and plastic looking cant be on the same as me.
  • I LOVE Botox!!!! I got myself a gift on my birthday: http://www.mycosmeticsurgeryblog.com/home/botox-a-girls-best-friend-or-happy-birthday-to-me.html By the end of the appointment I had a Botox® treatment in the glabellar area (for that furrow between the eyebrows), my forehead (Botox® Brow Lift) and at the outer eyes preventing any crow’s feet from ever forming. Oh, the rising cost of beauty, considering it was about $273. per vial 8 years ago. But alas, an ounce of preventative Botox® is definitely worth a pound of cure. I strongly believe in thwarting the effects of aging before they even consider targeting in on me.
  • Not to hurt the feelings of others, but I dislike the artificial. People should love who they are; it's the inner self that's important.
