Video games. Some say that violent video games inspire violent actions. I say they act as an outlet into which I can release tension. Rather than flipping out on someone real, I can unleash my fury on total strangers in a perfectly acceptable manner.

deep breath always helps me writing it down on paper is a good way as well, like a journal or something, it's like getting it off your chest and being able to come back to it later if you want

sport.. go for a run drink.. a glass of nice wine addiction.. having a cigarette relaxation.. nice bath, good music (or this three together :)) or the simpliest way.. just shout the head of the person, or kick the object which made me fustraited..

Turn around, leave the room for a minute, talk to someone else and come back.
