What is a second chance? your friend is doing something hurtful/disrespectful to you. you give them chances but they do not stop. you dump them. they realize later. giving the friendship a chance now is a second chance? or they used their chances alredy?

How many times will you let yourself be hurt? Why would a "friend" continue to hurt another friend? I don't think they would. A second chance would be if I did something hurtful to you, realized it, sincerely apologized for it, and DID NOT do it again. But, if I did it again..........it's beyond the second chance.
