So is the Twilight movie any good? I'm still skeptical if stays with the book or not. Are those of you who have read the books pleased with the movie, or does it stray away from the true story too much?

I have not seen the movie but read all 4 books. My friends also read the books and went to the premier last night. They called me and said the books were a lot better and the movie was just o.k. I don't know if I will see the movie now.

I was skeptical as well. I read the first chapter and thought the main girl was an emo DICK. But, my family wa trying to get me to read it. So I said I'll see if I want to read it, based on if the movie is good or not. The movie was AMAZING. some of the scenes could have been done better, but the characters and shot, as well as some visual affects, were great. I still don't want to read the book, but it was a GREAT movie. Granted, from what I heard, it did stray from the book a bit. But the movie is deffinately worth seeing.

I haven't read the book and I wasn't all that excited in seeing it (my best friend really wanted to so I said I would join her), but I thought it was pretty good! I think that everything was nicely paced, considering the time it had and the acting was pretty good. But what I liked most were the colours and overall tone of the movie. Really dark, blueish, and the way they did the credits! I'm just weird like that lol and the end really left me wanting to watch the next part!
