n New York, sex between men 21 or over and girls under the age of 17 is third degree rape. That means if you were 17 when you conceived the child it would not be rape. Notice girls under age 17 not age 17 and under. The age of consent is 17 so you guys are safe. It would be best to contact a lawyer to be sure though.

According to other subjects that u have posted not only are u and b/f in trouble but most importantly the baby is in a shit ton of trouble. U r on drugs and r pregnant. U r very proud of this!!!! Proud of....???? Bringing a neweborn junkie in this world for us to take care of??? If u have drugs in your system u will not take the baby home anyway. That is the law in Louisiana. They have charged pregnant woman with attempt murder, So somebody else will take the little dope fiend that had no choice in entering this thing and place called life. I have struggled with an addiction to drugs 4 20 plus years. Herion and cocaine. At 17 I thought this was cool....at 19 I had a child and could not break free (Until 6 or 7 years ago when I found the power of God). However it is still at times a struggle. I still fall but He picks me up when I do. My son just made 24 on the 8th of this month. He spent his birthday in the penitentary he has been addicted to crack sense he has 15 or 16. He was involved with wanna be gang members at a young age because he never got love at home because his parents loved drugs more. His Dad past in 2004 because he had cirosis. I am not trying to wolf u and I do not judge u....although take it from somebody who knows YOU WILL BE JUDGED HARSHLY BY THE PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD!!!!!!!...........It just is what it is.
