  • In most states you can have him evicted. I think he'll have 60 days from the day he's served with the eviction notice to move out. Other than that, asking him to leave, but as you said, that's not working at this time.
  • Call the police,have them fill out report of his abuses.Use that report to go to court and get a restraining order against him.
  • Tell him, You will call the cops BUT if you think he will hurt you then dont tell him, If he will just shout the tell him you will call the cops if he dont leave If he still dont leave, Call them infront of him That should make him F off :)
  • Talk, try the best you can on the soft way... if nothing work hit your face on something hard like furniture enough to leave mark, call the cop and say that he try to kill you...
  • If your really serious about leaving him, wait till he goes somewhere and put his stuff out the house and change the locks. If ti gets to out of hand call the police they will have him escorted.
  • I would advise you to get counseling yourself, even if he won't go. I'm not saying this in a bad way, I'm just saying a couseler will help you make the right moves to help your situation.
  • If the home is in your name and he is abusive, then you can have him removed by the police. Get a lawyer and get ride of this looser asap.
  • Pack his shit when he's gone and have locks ready to change. When he throws a fit on the front lawn, call the police. It's your house.
