No, though I've had a couple of near-misses when the car door swung open. (old car, bad latch - no seatbelts.) My husband was ejected through a car windshield... but in the case of a head-on collision, and the car wasn't exactly moving at that point. ^_^

Yes, while serving in the military a jeep crashed and i was thrown from the back seat about 70 feet into some brush.

Only once, I was thrown out of a moving truck while hitch-hiking after getting into an argument over stepping on a jacket. I fell in the snow though, so I just had some bruises.

OH MY_JEEZES!!! On a montain road in a Jeep Wrangeler and I was wearing my seatbelt, went around a corner and slid on part of the road that was gravel and slammed into a Dirt bank at 30 (no doors on the jeep) and my body just slipped right out sideways and I tucked my arms across my face and rolled along the weeds. my hands got torn-up on the backs I was dusty. the drivers face went through the windshield, good thing my cell worked that day!

Does a home made go cart with no brakes count? Did that a lot when I was young.
