Keep repeating these important words in your head - "I like myself" - "I Love My Work" - "I Am Responsible". When you hear yourself say these words they make you feel better about yourself. They boost your confidence and make you feel happy. Another method is to put your arms in the air, look upward and smile. This also makes you feel better. Best of Luck.

Strenuous exercise, perhaps running, and make sure you take a multivitimin and eat right. Exercise can change your entire outlook on life.

Pull yourself together. Find your walking shoes and head for the walking trails. The fresh air will clear your mind. Your blood will reach places never before located and you will be a new, refreshed person. Remember, you mind controls your body.

you're not going to like the answer...drink a lot of water....exercise..make it something easy...turn on some up beat music and dance..I do taebo..kickboxing mixed with karate..it is actually fun to kick and punch..in envision what makes me mad and attack it. bam pow and I lost 10 inches in my waist alone, so far.... eat little meals 5 times a day, don't do the big meals, it makes your body and mind sluggish,.. I used the michael thurman 6 week makeover diet..high in protein....and I lost like 35 lbs on that diet.... anyway,,,that will start your matabilisom going, excerise will give you more oxygen and it is a natural way to get good endorphins goings for happy thoughts....on the brain side of it...try not to dwell on problems... I am the queen of rethinking senarios and wishing they came out different.....don't do that...onward and upward...oh and I do have a relationship with God and I talk to him everyday... that helps my heart and head keep it all goood.
