In Florida does the Board of Directors or Condominium Association have the right to require each owner to install hurricane shutters to be installed on the balconey which is legally considered part of the unit's property?

    did you elect these people? if so then they are the legislaters of your community and can make regulations as they see fit

    It sounds like a contract issue, Check your contract. If it isn't in there You have the right to elect not to put the shutters on your home. If it's not your responsibility by contract. If you own the condo, it's your home, your option.
