Last time I purchased shoes, I actually got three pairs. Nordstrom was having their big huge sale, and I made out very very well. I guess you can say that I spanned from $60-$120 on leather boots, heels, good looking shoes that will take me far :)

My driving loafers were about $8.00 on sale at Payless Shoes, and my canvas, house shoes (when I wear shoes) were $4 a pair, at Longs Drug Store three or four years ago. I bought four pair, and I'm down to two pair now. Last Christmas, I bought a pair of party shoes at the Charity Thrift store for $2.00.

$99 for Nike Shox basketball shoes in Feb when I was in LA on holidays, these shoes in Australia would have set me back $300+ so I saved big time, opps I just remembered I bought K2 Boa Snowboard boots for $120 (in Steamboat), not going to say what I saved here, it was even more.

20 bucks for a pair of dress shoes from Payless. They do the job. My winter boots were about $15 CAN from the Tire and my sneakers were $20 from Winners. The only shoes I paid a lot for were my trail boots. They set me back about $120 CAN after 14% tax.
