It depends on what your criteria are for defining how bad a drug is. You are more likely to die from an overdose of heroin than most other illicit drugs. Heroin probably has the strongest physical addiction as well. Crack Cocaine is probably the worst in terms of how quickly it can devour a person mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially. Cocaine is probably the most widely used of the highly addictive drugs. Meth is gaining on it quickly. Prescription drugs are the most widely abused by teenagers these days.

I think heroin is a very addicting drug, although meth messes up so much more in your body.

I would say Herion, my cousin just overdosed on it a few weeks ago. he was 29. Meth is pretty insane, its not for the week, it can ruin a persons life pretty quick. Herion wins in my book.

That's a tough question. I work in a rehab. I have seen people addicted to all kinds. It seems that Heroine junkies are the ones that come back the most..but Meth seems to do the most damage. What is your definition of "worst"?

OTC and prescription drugs that doctors overly prescribe and it's all ok do way more damage than street drugs but not including that side of the drug world I would say Opium is probably the worst throughout the world (ultimately being used for heroine), being one that lost family to it and have used it in the past I would say it only just beats out crystal-meth which I have also lost friends to and used. Luckily for me I experimented briefly and put all that behind me. Some others I knew either died or look like they died.

My father recently overdosed from heroin or had a heart attack because of the heroin but either way and did you know opium is used in pain killers thats why on a drug test it shows up like heroin they both have opium

Heroin is the most addictive drug. Meth is the most damaging drug. Cocaine is the is a combination of the two, but to a lesser extent. Cannabis is god's gift to mankind.
