I had quicken loaded on a hard drive and it was all configured. I made a back up and saved it to my thumb drive. My hard drive died and now I'm reloaded onto a new hard drive. When I restore from the back there is no information at all. Any ideas?

You need to put an authorized version on your new hard drive. A copy from the thumb drive isn't good enough. Get the CD containing the program out and reload it from there. -
