  • You need to download and run Malware Byte's and run it. Some other people will recommend using Hi-Jack This, but I do not trust this program, it works, but I suspect it to be an infection on it's own. After you run this, a popup window using NotePad should appear, save it, copy, and paste it into this forum and I may be able to help you out some more. Another thing you can do yourself is if you are literate at all, type into your google search---- ( intext: iepr.exe) and what that does is displays any webpages with that .exe file/program that is posted on the internet and you can continue troubleshooting for yourself, if you feel.
  • You can download this windows tool, its basically like a task manager on steroids. its used in the Tech level of things. I use it at work http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx It will tell you whats safe and whats not. it also tells you a lot of other thing. here are some screen shots.
  • thanks man,iam downloading it now........... also already i solved that iepr.exe problem too.i removed it using antimalware........
