Rosemary helps me sleep, ginger helps my upset stomach, what other herbs have miraculous benefits?

    Orange peel dries up phlegm.
    Cayenne increases circulation.
    Turmeric is a good anti-bacterial and creates good intestinal flora.
    Cumin is good for ulcer pain as it is very cooling for the body.
    Cinnamon is good for arthritis, colds and flu.
    Marjoram is good for soothing ands calming, antispasm
    Saffron is a liver cleanser
    Dill is an expectorant
    Sage stops excess sweating
    Hawthorn berries good fro reducing cholesterol.

    Apple cider vinegar(organic) does wonders for the body.Juicing fresh carrots and other vegetables is very healthy.Cayenne pepper with at least 50,000 HU is also a very good cleansing agent.Garlic,raw is an excellent plant to cure many diseases.

    Garlic has antibiotic-like properties. Old time sailors went to sea with ginger for seasickness and garlic for illness/injury. Marijuana makes you really smart, but that tends to wear off.

  • Garlic makes intestinal bacteria more balanced and healthy,
    Rosemary is good for your hair,
    Chamomile helps you sleep (but you probably know that already),
    Aloe soothes burns and sores and the such,
    White willow bark can be used like aspirin,
    Queen Anne's lace can be used as birth control (though make sure to learn a bit more about it before doing it),
    Anise is good for coughs and mucus,
    Bay leaves help prevent gas (or are supposed to, anyway),
    Cayenne pepper is good for the heart, flus, tons of things,
    Cloves can be rubbed on the to the gum to stop its aching,
    Most spicy herbs are good for digestion,
    etc, etc, etc. :P
