Garlic has antibiotic-like properties. Old time sailors went to sea with ginger for seasickness and garlic for illness/injury. Marijuana makes you really smart, but that tends to wear off.

thanks cool, rosemary helps me sleep and helps me remember my dreams, ginger is a miracle for nausea. I cannot even watch a mari go round without getting sick, but i can eat a lil ginger on my toast and sail on off the horizon

Yes, ginger is good for that. Lemon in hot water is also a good stomach soother. Rosemary is also great as a rinse for hair as it strengthens the hair follicles and stimulates growth as well as increasing hair strand strength.

And, believe it our not, hot peppers provide pain relief. I have a sister-in-law who did a lot of real medical research on capsaisin (the chemical that gives peppers their heat) as a pain reliever. It seems counter-intuitive, but it's totally true that the same chemical that spices up so much of our food actually relieves the pain of stomach ulcers, arthritis, and more.
