  • get it out. tooth pain is one of the worst pains anyone feels
  • You need to get them examined but it sounds like they may need to come out. Once mine came in they hurt as well and were crowding my back teeth. The dentist said they needed to come out and it was the best thing that I could have done. If they absess, you're in big trouble and you can affect your gums, jawbone and even your general health due to infection and it won't get better until you get them out. It won't feel good for a few days afterwards but the dentist can give you pain killer to ease things abit from having them all pulled at once. Once it's done and the spots start to close up you'll feel great. Make sure you get the opinion from a dentist first. As an expert, he might have a different opinion.
  • No, I don't think you have an abcess, because abcesses are really, really painful, and if you've had this pain a few times before and it was an abcess, you'd have blood poisoning by now. Wisdom teeth take a long time to come through, and they do it gradually. Your gums hurt when these growing spurts are happening, hurt so much you can't bear to chew on them, and it even hurts when you put your tongue there. I am not a dentist, I am only telling you my personal experiences, so my advice is to make an appointment with the dentist.
