Unfortunately some ppl never fully recover, especially from such a severe break. It has a lot to do with your age, general fitness level pre-accident and your own healing ability. I would guess that by now you should have seen some improvement as you are 4 months down the line. Continue with your physio exercises - really important as these will reduce stiffness. Six months should allow for all the muscles, tendons, bone etc to have healed well. It is a slow process and you may need to continue with pain relief to work through your exercise regime. Job wise, I would advise something not too strenous, or standing for long periods. Hope this helps you
