Spybot found a backdoor on my PC but when I tried to remove it the PC freezed, even in safe mode. Now wheneverI run spybot or mcaffee PC freezes. Mcafee found a trojan too. What can I do?

When you say you tried to remove it, I'm assuming you mean with the software. Since that's not doing the trick, you need to note the names of the infections and go on the net to search for a manual fix. It will likely involve a several step process: 1. Identifying the processes that are running on your PC and manually ending them. 2. Disabling the Windows Restore function. 3. Finding the infections' files wherever they are on your drives and deleting them. 4. Finding the registry entries pertaining to the infections and deleting them. 5. Rebooting. 6. Checking to make sure the infections are gone.
