Help answer this question below.

Why is it that I can't hear someone if they talk with their face away from me? I can hear noise, I just can't make out the words...as if they were talking under water.(A hearing test said that I can hear fine)

    I would get another test done.... I know people with hearing problems and what you describe sounds like a definite hearing problem. When a person is looking at you, you are probably using visual cues along with the sound to determine what someone is saying...

    Or,

    Try cleaning your ears out with one of those kits from the drug store before spending on doctors.
