  • Not sure what country you are in, so not sure if all cars are available in your location. In USA I like SAAB cars. They have a great safety rating, are really fuel efficient, are easy to park (small), have lots of spunk on the road, have little in mechanical problems other than regular maintenance, and if you look for an older (5 years old) Saab 9-3, 4 door, turbo charged, 2 liter, I think you'd like it. It isn't huge, but it will seat 2 kids in the back and one passenger. They also have big trunks. I've driven Saab products for 20 years and love them. I have bought 3 Saabs NEW. Saab WAS originally a Swedish car company (now owned by General Motors), but is is still a great car.
  • Hello. I used to own a small hyundai excel. I found it very reliable on fuel and easy to park. The newer models come out in four doors which is even better. Another good and reliable vehicle would be a toyota corolla. Just be careful when you buy a car. If buying a second hand car, ensure that it was regularly serviced and a good way to find this out is by checking the engine oil (How dirty it is). Good to get a mechanic with you to check out a car before buying it. Good Luck. Cheers
  • I think the best match to all of your needs is a Toyota Camry. They are one of the most reliable vehicles on the road. They're also safe and fuel efficient (you can get a 4 or 6 cylinder engine). As for size, it's considered midsize, which shouldn't be very hard to park. If you think it's too big for you, check into a Toyota Corolla. They're just as reliable, and pretty safe, but smaller. (smaller means less safe even if both have a 5 star safety rating).
  • I would recommend something like a Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla. These cars are relatively inexpensive and get good gas mileage. Plus the back seat is big enough to fit a child seat in pretty easily. I personally used to own a Civic and got around 24 MPG city and 28 MPG highway. The turning radius is pretty tight also, this makes it easy to park. I bought it new and had it for about five years and never had any major problems with it.
