If you have pain beneath the nipple it could be something as simple as a small gland, it could be nothing at all . If you have a pain in any area of the body which is unusual and stays around a while , you need to consult your Doctor. It is very probably nothing at all but why take a chance?

I just pressed my nipple and it kinda hurt too. Nipples are a very sensitive part of your body, what you are feeling is normal, but if you want professional reassurance (and not just me saying mine do that so it must be ok) then see your doctor.

Yes it could be a cyst (an abnormal sac containing gas, fluid, or a semisolid material). But during puberty, you nipples do start to hurt. It is totally normal. Otherwise, if you have a piercing there, you could have gotten an infection. If you continues to hurt for more than a month, go to your doctor.

well how sure are you cause maybe could it be male breast cancer cause im a male? i just hope not

We cannot diagnose you or prescribe for you, and we would be negligent and not helping you by just guessing at all the things you have asked us. If you go see a doctor you can ask him about ALL THE THINGS medically related that you have thought we know and can tell you. Which we CAN NOT. SEE A DOCTOR PLEASE, because nobody here is able to evaluate what you have or do not have. If you have no private doctor, I am sure you can get to a hospital and get checked there. From at least one question you asked and I answered, I KNOW you have seen doctors about the muscle twitching. So they are available to you. SEE A DOCTOR, and please quit asking the AB people here medical questions about which we know nothing **when they relate to you personally** and about which you need to see someone **in person** if you want to find out what is going on and not just guess and let things go on as they have, without a diagnosis or any medical treatment. i have the same problem im 12 male and have a bump under my left nipple it hurts if you push on it but not mutch every one tells me its nothing and i wouldnt worry its probly not at least you know some one else has the same problem.

im worried about mine two its only one i think its puberdy its all ready started for me not my voice changing though just my left nipple is sore to the touch some times and has a bump under it
