Sit down and rest. Then ease my way back into work.

I would take a break and rest as Petrus said already, but then I'd make sure that I have eaten well and while on my break, I would call my husband or a friend who could make me laugh and keep it real for a few minutes until it was time to go back to work. Then I would go back to work and try to focus just on what's in front of me until I was finished with my day. After work, I'd call or hang out with friends and have a few laughs, a good meal, maybe some exercise and then get to bed early. For me, laughter is a great medicine.

Make an appointment to see my doctor. Dizzy isn't good under any circumstances. It could come from a middle ear infection, something wrong with the eyes, or some other cause that requires a medical professional to diagnose and treat. :) ((hugs))

Go to the nurse's office and have my blood pressure checked!
-
Feel grateful that it only happens on Monday. You could have a job that makes your whole week dizzy. Merry-go=round operator...flight simulator testor..

A blood pressure check would be a good idea. I felt like that every Monday morning for about a year. My high blood pressure is now under control and my Mondays are better. I also make certain that I eat a protien on Monday mornings, I hate eating in the morning, but I really do feel better when I do. I also changed the schedule at work so that the employee who is Always late is not the first one to come in.
