My friend constantly thinks down about themselves ever since they had an argument with their partner. My friend used to sing to his partner when she was upset, on the day of the argument. What can I do to cheer him up and be confident again?

The only thing you can do is to be there for your friend. Short of that, just be a positive influence. View things in a lighter way. Also, if you know what the argument was about, try to point out reasons the other party did what they did or said and help them to understand it. -
