In Ontario, Canada is it legal for a 17 year old to have sex with or just date a 14 year old?

I seriously doubt it - date yes, but have sex with I would bet anything NO. I don't have any Canadian law books handy. And even the dating part is stupid if the 14 year olds parents allow it, and not wise of you if you do it. Can't you find someone 16 or older? Or what's the deal with wanting a 14 year old?

go ahead the legal age is 14 but if i were you i would ask the parent cause then you will be more faithful to the parent but thats your choice
