Not at all, I get really annoyed when the author uses terms like "darn," instead of just using the actual word. But I'm a foul mouth, myself...

It depends. Sometimes, a curse word accurately expresses a character's emotions in a justifiably upsetting situation. But if the character seems to curse automatically or just for the fun of it (such as Holden Caufield or George from Mice and Men), then that does get annoying and I want to stop reading the book. Any words used to excess are grating, not just curse words.

People in real life use swearwords. We are all adults here and no need to censor. People get surprised, angry, shocked, etc and they would swear out of habit. As long as the dialogues/conversations in a book is realistic, I don't mind and would make me feel that the characters in the book are real people and are behaving as such.

fuck no.

No, It doesnt bother me.

Nope. I read a lot of Stephen King and Dean Koontz. They both tend to use swear words in their writing because not only are their stories often designed to scare people, but they also are meant to offend the "polite society". Truthfully, I think it makes the stories seem more believable and makes the characters actions/verbiage seem more realistic. It helps you to believe that Jack has gone mad when he tells his wife to "get the f*ck out of here". Or when he says, "I'd give my goddamn soul...for just a glass of beer" to the ghostly bartender. ;)

Yeah, a book by Bernie Mac had every other paragraph peppered with vulgar words. I was kind of shocked and returned it to the library.

Yes, it does. Then again, people using swearwords in their verbal communications also annoys me. I just don't like being exposed to that kind of language.
