Better to risk asking directions from someone seemingly safe than wandering around aimlessly just waiting to get mugged or something.

Course, 100% of the neighborhood is not in the gang, theres plenty of ppl to talk to.

Sure. I'm better trained and more heavily armed than most small gangs. However I might just wander aimlessly looking for gang members to harass.

Yes. I'd step out the car wearing either my blue or red bandanna and demand that I get directions to the rich, white neighborhood where I belong.
