The Republicans. The votes they stop tend to be from the poor and disenfranchised, who typically vote Democratic.

The Republicans FOR SURE most people who dont vote probably would benefit from voting....think of all the young poor people out there, the hood, the ghetto, the uneducated....the people who fail to vote and fail to be heard...well...thats what happens when you DONT VOTE
