No. But power does. As money really equals power (if you are rich enough you can fly to the moon, literally) then yes, money does.

no it doesnt have complete hold but it is trying too. i could care less about it, i have had it i have not had it, what makes one happiest is having love.

no, its just a matter of a value system... some value systems dont even understand money- look at the aborigines who would trade a corvette for a sandwhich if they were hungry. and yes, money equals power, so some are corrupted, but it is not the basis for the problem that some people have.
