  • might be that you changed something on the way you hold the ball, move your arm, set your feet, anything counts, also remember you are growing so that may impact, don't panic and go back to the basics and make necessary adjustments, you'll get back there.
  • It could just be a day when you had your game off. Anybody who has been playing something for a while can tell you that there are days when you play better and days when you don't play well. Keep practicing consistently and you will get back or may even become better.
  • everyone has off days. Sounds like yours are just starting. Don't take it too seriously and persevere and practice more.
