Where can I get full sponsorship for an undergraduate degree in engineering based fields for an excelling international student?

I'm not sure if this helps, but I'm a student at the University of Rhode Island. We have an excellent international engineering program (IEP) and I believe there are a lot of scholarships/aid for it. Basically its a Bachelors degree in engineering, but you also get a Bachelors degree in a foreign language (German, Spanish, Chinese, etc.) and a one-year internship abroad. Check it out! I dont really know how to use this page but i hope you will see this. It is in repsonse to your answer to my question. First of all thank you for answering...i went ahead and checked out the school myself. What exactly are you studying yourself? My situation is complicated but I have sent an 'informal application' to University of Rhode Island for an engineering course.
