I have one child but i can assure that before its time for the child to come,your cervix will thin out and the babies head will desend downward, your uterus will contract which will help your vaginal canal dilate and open up while widening and it will get to 10 centimeters in diameters which will provide enough room for the baby to come through .But if baby still is to big you have options for a c-section and if you so happen don't dialate quick enough also.Once baby is out your uterus will go back to its normal size after tme passes and your body will heal. so durng that process your vagina has time to go back to its normal size its kind of like a rubber band it streches when needed but it can go back.
