Good old Rhode Island. No not Long Island, and NO WE ARE NOT PART OF BOSTON OR NEW YORK. We are that good old ocean state. Normally we do get snow. However, it's usually AFTER Christmas. Unfortunately we haven't had a white Christmas for about 4 years now. It has rained EVERY SINGLE YEAR!

yes. I hate it. I want to be warm. :(
-
I used to live in Colorado, USA where it shows all 4 seasons superbly. The winters were great and white and very blizzardy. But now I live in Cambridge, England where it's murky, dull, and grey; and will be until it turns the middle of summer (even then the sun will last about a month) lol. I just moved a week ago, as well.
-
Not very much in general and if it does it is soon washed away. I think they have heavy snow about once every ten years and that is not heavy by US standards. This part of the country has the least snow.
-
No I have been told I am living in a bowl it is very warm here and most storms go around us!! Never have seen snow I saw ice once for a quick second.
-
Not very much around here maybe 1 or 2 inches every 5 years.
-
Yes it does. Usually the bitter cold snows come in January or February. But some winters go by without a major incident. Ice storms are more a problem than anything. That being said, most of the snow we get here in Oklahoma is usually just a few inches. We don't have the major snow you see up North.
-
Yes, although it has been snowing less and less in the past decade.
-
Fortunately not, but once in a while (like once every 20 years) it will.
-
Funny you should ask! Here in Texas, it happens once in a blue moon. I guess yesterday the moon was blue! It snowed "50 cent-piece" sized flakes off and on all during the Cowboy game. It was pretty neat, but, it was a tad too warm to stick, ;-( .
-
It is very rare , and then it's a wet and dreary snow - You can't play in it much at all because it's freezes and stops
-
Three times that I can remember. I've been here decades.
-
Yes, I live in upstate New York in the woods. We can get quite a lot of snow at times. I haven't lived here long but I look forward to the snowy season, even with a very long driveway and out in the country:-) Here's a photo of what it looked like last year in Feb. as the snow started to pile up.

-
It snowed today, but I missed it because I was sleeping. Every year it seems to be getting a little less. When my uncles were growing up in this same area, the snow piled up as tall as the doorway and they couldn't even get out. I have never experienced that.
-
Heck Yeah, I love living in the snow belt of Lake Erie.

-
It has only snowed once, from knowledge, in 1984. A freak weather anomaly or something. We rushed out to make snowballs out of the scant cover, but it cleared up after only a few hours. Pity, really.

-
I live in Cincinnati and you never know WHAT it's going to do here for day to day, year to year. We can go from Summer to Winter in a single day, and often do. I'm honestly trying to answer the question, but the weather in Cincinnati is like Forrest Gump's 'box of chocolates'. :)
-
Similar to Taylor's answer, some years it snows here a lot, sometimes it doesn't. So far this year, we've had more snow than normal. It has also been warm and then cold so far this winter. It will go from 60+ degrees F. to below freezing overnight. I live in the Indianapolis, Indiana area.
-
I live in NH. In the last month, we've had QUITE a bit of snow. It doesn't happen terribly often (every couple of weeks around this time of year) but when it happens, lately it has HAPPENED! We got lucky the other day and only got about 6 inches here while places not too far away got 10-12".

Believe it or not, it snows on top of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa during the winter here on the Big Island of Hawaii. In fact, there was a light dusting of snow on the summit (14000 ft.) of Mauna Kea yesterday. That's very early in the season here. But it all melted by this morning.
-
Nope, only once every 20 years or so.

We get get a dusting every 3 or 4 four years.

-
I live in the deep south . It snows here about once every 8 years or so and then it is only a couple of inches. The last big snow storm we had in Atlanta was around 1993. We don't really get snow; instead, we get hail and ice, which freaks everybody out causing traffic to come to a stop and everyone to make a run to the grocery store for milk, eggs, and bread.
-
Yeah, and it sucks...
