  • maybe it's the food you eat. Try eating complex carbohydrates, rather than simple carbs. And other fruits and veggies. complex carbs and foods like whole wheat and whole grain breads, pastas, cereals etc. Simple carbs are foods like plain white bread, pasta, children's cereals, crackers, etc. Complex carbs are hearding for your body to breakdown and they take longer. Your body will recieve more energy during the day as well from this. They're also much healthier for you and will keep your full longer. Also, it depends on how often you each. You should eat a healthy breakfast early in the morning to jump start you metabolism and digestive system, then eating a small snack such as an apple, veggies, granola bar, etc, every 1 - 2 hours and eating lunch and dinner at the same time are ways to keep your hunger levels down. Though, to maintain a good weight, stick with healthy foods in healthy amounts and try not to eat snacks between Lunch and Dinner, since these are our biggest meals. Also, try not to eat after 8 or 9 o'clock, depending on when you go to bed at night. A common cause of large amounts of hunger could possibly be large amounts of eating that have explanded your stomach, making it feel emptier quicker. Though if this seems like a more serious thing, consulting a doctor may be a wise choice incase of disease or something. I hope this helped.
