Do you have some LIVING thing (or some LIVING people) that keeps you going daily? Something (s) that makes you glad to be alive and determined that all will work itself out, even when times are at their VERY, VERY worst? Who or what are those things?

my wife and my kids. Life is worth living with them around that is for sure.

What keeps me going? An intrinsic curiosity and desire to learn and to make. EDIT: Question changed... new answer: My family and friends.

I have got something, but i haven't got the appropriate words to describe it. I am not religious, but i huess the nearest word i have is faith that things will work out in the end, and if i died tomorrow by accident or over years via illness, that would be how it was meant to be for me. Don't know if it makes me glad to be alive, just calm that stuff will work itself out. My mum helps me a lot too, she is very loving & non-judgemental for the most important issues, and at the worst times.

I guess family and friends are it for me, even though we disagree and have our fights over the years. I don't think it comes from me inside, but more from those around me, especially when or if I really is in a bad place. That support has kept me from doing stupid things in the past when I was feeling really low.
