I know it may gross you out, but ask the person if they need help. Ask them if they need any paper towels or a wet cloth or anything that you may be able to help them with. If the person seems rude and asks you to leave them alone, then do so! At least you were the good person and you were willing to help someone in the time of need.

I have personally been in that situation, being a brittle diabetic, I was having diabetic ketoacidosis. I was very fortunate that there was an individual not afraid to help. She called the ambulance for me-and for that I am grateful. Remember also, sometimes diabetics act as though they are drunk and can be beligerent sounding when they are ill. Make sure if you do get a rude comment to ask about whether or not they are diabetic or epileptic.

I would call out to them and ask if they were okay. That lets them know someone cares, and they can accept or refuse help.

I ask if they're okay, would they like a drink of water, and if they need medical assistance or for me to get someone for them. They could be going into shock or something, you never know.

Kinda depends on where I was, but probably avoid getting splashed and then finish crapping and tagging the stall.

See if they need help, then get back to tagging/vandalizing.

I'd probably ask if everything was okay and knock on the stall. If the person was responsive I may offer to get them some water or rub their back and ask them if they need help getting up or something. If they're unresponsive I'll probably go get someone who worked in the establishment and have them take it from there.

I'm afraid it would depend where i was really...

I live in a small town, everyone here knows each other and i could get up the nerve (i tend to be shy towards strangers) to ask them if they need help. However, in a big city, i'm not sure i would be able to offer any assistance. It might sound bad, but i don't think i would be able to help out.

Why would you feel the need to do anything? Simply continue with your own disgusting business.

Thanks for the input. My response was to leave the room immediately. I'll probably ask the person if they are ok first now.
