Can't access the video. Now? Present moment..synchronize watches..if it is 10:15:08 that is your "now". :)

Constantly. 'Now' transcends time to function as a state of being. And, higher being - if one can focus on the present moment and not dwell in moments that are past or yet to come. The present equates to the always "what IS".
