  • first thing i would tell you is to stop throwing up. there are other ways to lose weight exercise,and eating healthy and diet. second of all if my man told me i would look better if i lost thirty pounds i would tell him that he should love me for who i am and if he can't then to go and find someone else. I would not stay in a relationship if that was going on.

  • He told you to lose 30 pounds? sounds like a great guy! dont lose weight for him, lose weight for your health and to feel better about yourself! throwing up will make you really unhealthy and ill and will make you feel 100 times worse then you already d about yourself! also as soon as you stop making yourself ill you will putthe weight back on, hense how eating disorders carry on and on! and then you will up as a bag of bones really faint and dizzy and almost dying, you could possibly become infertile. When your sick you dont just lose the fat, you lose all the good stuff, vitamins minerals, protein, and all the other nutrients and you will feel really really crappy! make your portions smaller reduce the amount of sugar and snack foods. eat 3-5 small healthy meals lots of salad fruit and veg, exercise more, walk running, swimming, or join some exercise classes. excersise will not just burn of fat and calories but it will make you feel better! you will have more energy and feel happier and feel better about how you look. throwing up will make you feel the oppisite!   • Please don't do this. You are describing a disease called bulimia. It is the worst way to lose weight ever. You are starving your body so your metabolism will slow right down and the acid from bile will damage your stomach and tissues inside your throat skin. This will not make him want you more. Please look after yourself enjoy yourself get a hobby exercise. This will help your relationship and you to be a happier person. You can lose weight by eating the right, i.e nutritious foods regularly. This will ensure long term success and you will feel a sense of acheivement along the way. If making yourself sick after eating has become a habit that you cannot stop please speak to a qualified health practitioner or look up a helpline in your telephone directory.

And if he did "want" you more if you lost the weight.... well then he doesnt seem like that fab a guy. You partner should be someone who wants you for your personality more than anything. Your body will change dramatically over your lifespan so I wouldnt really suggest that be a good thing to try and maintain to keep a man wanting you. Go see your doctor.
