I guess it depends what language it is. Some people might just use www.freetranslation.com if it has Arabic letters (i.e. Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, German, and English), but if it's something that doesn't have the same set of letters, then it might just be proffesionally translated. Or maybe they're just in English, and we're the only fools that fall for it.
