It might sound stupid to you but it worked great on me(not for sensetive skin) Cut a garlic in two pieces and rub them on your eyebrows, watch your eyes, after 2 minutes wash them with cold water(twice a day) I pickled my eye brows too thin and a friend told me to do it,(I have dark and oily skin)and the result was amazing

Use eyebrow powder not a pencil,the powder gives a natural look to your eyebrows...i use it all the time as i have thin eyebrows:)
