  • 10 pounds thats it .lol u need to go to the 35+ weights ,then u will get results.
  • yeah but i am 13 and im kinda week i weigh 120 pounds and i cant do push ups so good or at all.
  • dont ever worry about what other people say or think when you are lifting. dont ever lift outside of your strength.just do what you can.
  • A few weeks, a couple of months max. Relax, you will get results if you're persistent and regular :) And you will be happy with them.
  • Never as far as geting stronger are biger is concered you will be able to do it longer and longer. For size if you can do more then 12 its to light if you cant do 8 its to much. For strengh if you can to more than 8 its to light and if you cant do one its to much. rest for one min then repeat for size rest for three min then repeat for strengh repeat and rest four times for each lift.
