  • When there is a point to connect later I usually ask for a phone number.
  • See, here's how I see this, if you're friends, shouldn't you already have been way past the point of asking for phone numbers? Or do you people consider as a friend anybody that says hello to you twice in the same year?
  • With all my friends, (what few I have) it comes up naturally because there will eventually come a time when you need it for some reason so you'll ask then.
  • Well i lky to have everybody's number that i see on a regular basis............i started college n if i want my new friends no. i jus sayt 'throw us out your number there'(its a totally irish way of sayin it!)
  • Well usually I ask the person, or I get it from a friend. I was gonna have a slumber party and I wanted to invite a couple girls who I was getting to be friends with. So i aksed another friend who is really good friends with the two girls. Then I texted the 2 girls, siad I got her number from so-and-so, asked if it was ok, and invite them. So when they come over, we'll become better friends and it won't matter that I got their number from soneone else. Both girls siad it was fine that I got their numbers from the friend.
  • I ask for the number or sometimes the other one ask.
