Most are trolls, online creatures whom rate people down for the fun of it. Your opinion is important and people should respect it.

Asked many times before. Some people simply are mean spirited and others hate it when you do not agree with them. On AB, it is just something you need to learn to live with off and on, and keep answering what you believe and ignore the few who try to bother you by doing that. They are in the minority, and what goes around will come around in time for them. I'll give you points, even though the question is a duplicate times about 6 by now. :)

Pretty much the same way that people shoot each other over opinions. Some do it for kicks, some do it based on a twisted belief system.
