I found that my appetite told me what my baby needed. I craved eggs the last couple of months. I ate a lot of egg and cheese sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread. I also ate a lot of vegetables and fruits and stayed completely away from sweets. I only gained 19 poundss. I think if you listen to what your body is telling you it needs, it keeps you from setting up cravings.
