No, not likely. Hep C is transmitted via blood AND body fluids. A specialist will tell you of the % chance she is already infected.
Get her to a doctor asap.
They may be able to give her a retroviral drug to prevent the infection from taking hold.
Hep C is very bad. It can destroy the liver and a person can die. We have drugs that can help, but she needs to get care asap.
You will always be infectious. Please take responsibility and take precautions.

I have hep C. I use a condom with my girlfriend during vaginal sex, but she gives me head without one. She decided to swallow. Will she be alright?
