Aside from annual travel, do you tend to move often or do you prefer establishing yourself and setting down roots while, say, contributing meaningfully to your community?

No, I don't move around much, although the house I'm currently living in is a rather new house. I don't see myself moving for a long time. I don't like change, as I prefer to establish some roots in my community and just relax and take it all in. Lol.

I'm definitely a "roots" person. We moved from our place in Riverside after 20 years because the new owners jacked the rent up more than twice what we were paying. We're happy where we are and probably will live here the rest of our lives unless we win the Lotto..then, of course, it means a Condo in Honolulu! :)

I went to 11 different schools from kindergarten through 8th grade, so roots are important to me as exhibited by living here 24 years and 22 years in the house prior to this!! I'm definitely a 'nester.'

I have set down roots, lived in the same city my entire life and feel it's important to feel like I'm part of the community.
