I was Christened as a baby, so by rights I suppose I am a Christian. I can't call myself one though becuase I don't belive in God.

To answer that, I will use four scriptural thoughts. John 15:8-10 I John 5:1-3 5 "Everyone believing that Jesus is the Christ has been born from God, and everyone who loves the one that caused to be born loves him who has been born from that one. 2 By this we gain the knowledge that we are loving the children of God, when we are loving God and doing his commandments. 3 For this is what the love of God means, that we observe his commandments”. JESUS CHRIST was rejected, hated and even persecuted by this world. So what could his followers expect? Well, he told them: “If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you. Bear in mind the word I said to you, A slave is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will persecute you also; if they have observed my word, they will observe yours also.” John 15:18-20.

2.1 billion people - 33% of the worlds population apparently (I'm not sure if that includes children who are not old enough to make such a choice or not). I, however, am not Christian. Thank God. (hee hee geddit? *laughs manically*)
