With the immenant Avengers movie coming out, do you think Marvel will eventually come out with a Marvel Civil War movie?

No -- it'll be ancient history by the time even the first Avengers movie comes out in 2011. Besides which -- people aren't going to superhero movies to engage in a dialogue over matters of power and authority; they're there to see the spectacle of superheroes kicking ass!
